As of June 9, 2021, CityRealty listings show a total of 10,155 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The number of availabilities has ticked up slightly since last week, as has the Manhattan median condo price, now $2,200,096, or $1,747 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price, though, took a small dip to $898,266.

These numbers come at a time when New Yorkers are awaiting the return of traditional summer activities and looking ahead to new events like the Central Park mega-concert. Sellers and their brokers, though, might be more mindful of the real estate market's summer slowdown, which occurs when many people go away for the summer. Perhaps in an effort to sell before that, a total of 393 sales listings experienced price reductions from June 2-8, 2021. A full table may be found below, and sorted by neighborhood, price, or size. Please be advised that all figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent discounts.
