As of March 17, 2021, CityRealty listings show 9,882 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The Manhattan median condo price dropped slightly from last week to $2,190,670, or $1,719 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price also experienced a dip to $895,873.

From March 9-15, a total of 246 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions, a number down 22.9% from last week's total. A full, sortable list may be found below; please be advised that the following figures reflect cumulative cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
