As 2020 draws to a close, CityRealty listings show 10,491 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median Manhattan condo price has ticked up slightly from last week to $1,998,736, or $1,666 per square foot. The Manhattan co-op median, however, trended a touch downward to $883,911.

From December 23-29, 330 sales listings experienced price reductions. A full, sortable table may be found below; please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
