CityRealty listings show that the median price of an available Manhattan condo is $2,442,376, or $1,816 per square foot, down 1.4% from last week. The median price of a Manhattan co-op comes to $906,886.

On the rental side, there are 14,811 units for rent, up from 14,105 last Wednesday. Median Manhattan rents have also dipped in the past seven days; CityRealty listings show that these are $2,835/month for studios, $3,451/month for one-beds, $4,464/month for two-beds, and $5,380/month for three-beds.
