"The very attractive, red-brick building at 555 West 23rd Street was originally conceived as a rental development, but changed to a condominium.

It has 337 apartments and construction began in 2004 and was completed in 2006. It is a two-building complex with a 14-story section on 23rd Street and a 13-story section on 24th Street separated from a central courtyard. " Read Carter's Full Review
