As of July 29, 2020, CityRealty listings show 10,437 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, Brooklyn, western Queens, and part of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price experienced a slight dip from last week to $2,253,017, or $1,737 per square foot. The co-op median price also dropped a bit to $899,191.
The number of rental listings has continued to climb to a total of 18,787 availabilities throughout the city. Manhattan median rents, however, took a slight slide down to $2,632/month for studios, $3,205 for one-beds, $3,996/month for two-beds, and $4,947/month for three-beds.

Over the past seven days, 425 listings throughout New York City experienced price reductions. One of these took place at Clive Davis's apartment in the Emery Roth-designed Ritz Tower. The music mogul combined two apartments into one duplex ideal for an art collection, but "circumstances changed" and he never lived in it. The apartment experienced a price cut right when New York went on lockdown, and has just gotten another one. Please be advised that the figures at this apartment, like those at all of the following units, reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reduction.
