As the second full week of July 2021 begins, CityRealty listings show 9,282 publicly listed apartments and townhouses for rent in core areas of New York. The median Manhattan rent comes in at $3,425/month.

Between the recent Fourth of July celebrations and the final Euro 2021 match over the past weekend, New York's streets and bars started to look more like pre-pandemic days.
