Located directly on the High Line in West Chelsea–the center of the East Coast art world–the building is minutes from Hudson River Park and the many cultural, shopping and dining experiences at Hudson Yards, including The Shed. On a smaller scale, residents can pop into Think Coffee or Sullivan Street Bakery daily. The Hudson Yards 7 subway is just a block away.
In October 2025, business executive/Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wes Edens' penthouse at the Zaha Hadid-designed 520 West 28th Street entered contract with a $35 million ask, the top Downtown contract of the week. Public records show that Mr. Edens bought it for $20.2 million in 2020, and the listing notes that he embarked on a massive renovation in 2022.
