Features

More than 400 apartments were listed for sale in Manhattan over the past week, up from 396 the week prior. The new listings came in at slightly lower price points with 180 condos coming in at a median of $1,750,000 /$1,509/ft2, down from $1,513/ft2 the prior week. The median asking price of new-to-the-market co-ops also fell from $1.195M to $995K this week. 'Tis the season for bargains! Below are some of our picks from the past week.
