Over the past seven days, 504 new sales listings came on the market in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens. Manhattan for-sale apartment inventory continues to fall with now 7,595 actively listed homes, down from 10,044 in mid-November. New-to-the-market Manhattan condo listings came in at a median price of $2,595,000, or $1,862 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price came to $912,000.
