Over the past seven days, 88 condos, co-ops, and townhouses throughout New York City experienced price cuts. Please note that all of the following figures reflect cumulative reductions as opposed to the most recent price cuts.

In the same time frame, a whopping 1,131 rental units all over New York also experienced price cuts. This comes at a time when CityRealty listings show 12,895 apartments for rent on the market.
