A 6-story building is wrapping up construction at 50 Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn, and with the launch of a new teaser site for the property, we can expect sales for the building's 44 condominiums to begin soon. Developer George Roth of Skyview Manor, LLC purchased the Greenpoint property in 2006 for $4.32 million, and planning for the building has been in the works since 2007, though construction only began in summer 2015.
The building will comprise 51,434 square feet, with units averaging 1,170 square feet apiece. The residences will range from one- to three-bedrooms, and most floors will have either eight or nine units each. The top floor will have only four apartments, and each will have their own private terrace. The building is designed by Karl Fisher Architect, and details of the residences are still somewhat limited. The new teaser site says the building will have "thoroughly modern condominiums" but doesn't provide any specifics. However, according to permits, the building will have a recreation room, shared roof deck, and parking spaces for 23 vehicles.
