Piet Boon, was enlisted for the interiors, crafting modern, airy layouts that highlight each unit's numerous windows. Boon was also responsible for the office-to-condo conversion at Huys. Piet Boon was careful when infusing the historic pre-war elements into the modern spaces. The residences feature new over-sized casement windows, wide-plank herringbone floors, 11 baseboards and 9'6 plus beamed ceilings. Subtle luxury is certainly the theme here. The kitchens boast white, oakwood-finished cabinetry, honed marble countertops and a full package of Bosch appliances with custom millwork paneling.
