Blue Stone Capital's 447 Meeker Avenue will add a modern touch to the Greenpoint - Williamsburg border. Standing near the corner of Graham Avenue, alongside an entrance to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, 447 Meeker will host 13 apartments across 6 floors. The façade will feature a brown brick facade with an eclectic triangular motif of sunshades and protruding bricks patterned throughout. The tallest segment of the building will reach roughly 75 feet and will hold a 8,263-square-foot building. Joel Berkowitz of Bluestone Capital filed plans to demolish the existing three-story, three-unit 1920 townhouse that previously occupied the site in June of 2015. They tapped BMG Design Build as the architect of record, and J Goldman Design, a BEAM Group company, for the interiors.

Kitchens will feature stainless steel appliances, sleek brown cabinetry, and tiled backsplashes. Bathrooms will feature floating brown sinks and stunning tile-and-glass-encompassed baths. The first three floors will each house three residences, and the sixth floor will feature one penthouse. Atop the building will sit a 275-foot roof deck, ideal for entertaining and taking in the views of the BQE. The building will also feature seven parking spaces for cars and seven bicycle parking spots.
