The NOMA is an upcoming 55-unit ground-up condominium located at 50 West 30th Street that began its ascent back in December. Now, the 24-story neo-Bauhaus tower has officially topped out in the booming neighborhood of NoMad. Alchemy Properties serve as the developers behind the project and the acclaimed architects at FXFOWLE designed its striking industrial aesthetic.

The NOMA currently has seven listings up for grabs right now with prices starting at $1.55M for a one-bedroom residence and shooting all the way up to $6.75M for a grand 2,190-square-foot three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse apartment. According to the listings, occupancy is slated for December 2017.
