Morris Adjmi’s latest residential project in Tribeca, 83 Walker Street, has had its full facade laid. The cream-colored concrete front has columns and window bays pressed into it, resembling an inversion of the typical downtown cast-iron building. The plans for this 9-story condo were approved back in 2011. The build team is now expecting the project to be completed later this year. Once done, 83 Walker will have 1 ground-floor duplex unit followed by 8 full-floor units. The 19,000 square-foot building is being developed by Abra Construction Corp.
