The concrete frame of a new condominium building has fully risen in Park Slope at 251 First Street The terraced 11-floor building will host 44 masterfully crafted modern residences, many featuring their own private outdoor spaces. The project is being developed by teams from Adam America Real Estate, Slate Property Group, and Vanke. The building is expected to be completed by the end of 2016 and will have a 15-year tax abatement for homebuyers.
The building is designed by the New York-based architecture firm ODA. Its sleek design maximizes light and views with cascading terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and an outdoor courtyard. The condos range from 2- to 4-bedroom family-sized homes with intelligent layouts. Current listings offer two-bedroom homes starting from $1.289 million; 3-bedroom units from $1.695 million; and 4-bedroom penthouses starting at $2.9 million. Each apartment features 10-foot ceilings, white oak flooring, and energy-efficient glass exposures throughout.
The units also boast modern kitchens including custom-built satin lacquer cabinets and Gaggenau stainless-steel appliances with an island made of Anigre wood and Caesarstone. Meanwhile, the elegant bathrooms feature white marble floors and walls, Watermark fixtures, and oversized mirrors.
The buildings amenities will include: lobby lounge and library; 24-hour welcome desk with part-time doorman and virtual concierge; fitness center and yoga room; children’s playroom; pet grooming services; laundry room; rooftop terrace; and landscaped common courtyard.
