The newest to come online and satiate the buying frenzy is The Nevins at 319 Schermerhorn Street. The development is from Adam America Real Estate and The Naveh Shuster Group, which acquired the parcel for $33 million in 2015 and began construction shortly thereafter. Today, the Corcoran-led sales team has fully launched the building's website featuring new renderings. In tandem, they have released seven airy residences to the market, priced from $504,300 for a second-floor studio, to
$1.889 million for a 4-bedroom on the 20th floor.

Windowed kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and master baths feature Signature plumbing fixtures and an undermount Signature bathtub.
Amenities include a full-time doorman, fitness center, common lounge with kitchen, children's playroom, bicycle storage, private storage bins, and a rooftop terrace.
