Teaser Site Launches for 92 Morningside Avenue

After a two-year restoration, Harlem's Frederick Law Olmsted-designed masterpiece at 92 Morningside Avenue is just about ready for new tenants. Today, developers Renaissance Realty Group launched a teaser website for the storied address, touting "prewar-inspired floor plans, contemporary design, and masterfully crafted finishes." Adding that this level of living coupled with a park-side locale is unparalleled for the area.

While prices have yet to be released, layouts will range from one- to four-bedroom residences with some duplex apartments. Amenities will include bike parking, a recreation room, a rooftop terrace and professional concierge services.
