The beginning of summer means it's just about time for Macy's annual July 4th pyro-fest, when fireworks illuminate the sky above the East River spread between 24th and 41st streets. The 2017 show marks the event's 41st anniversary, and it promises to be a big one. Spectators can watch from many downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods. Wherever you go to watch the fireworks, though, you can expect big crowds—unless you have access to a private rooftop or a floor-to-ceiling front-row seat in your living room. These NYC apartment buildings below are perfectly positioned for enjoying the patriotic display from the comfort of home.
