One-bedrooms start at $2,600/month, two-beds at $3,300, 3-beds at $4,500 and 4-beds from $5,750.

The building is pet-friendly and is a short walk to Lindsey Park and the Williamsburg Recreation Center. 152 Manhattan is a short walk to the L train’s Montrose Avenue station.

According to the building permits, the 5-floor building was designed by Manhattan-based Jeffrey Kamen Architects and developed by Leo Lefkowitz under the LLC Meserole Hub. Anchoring the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Meserole Street, the building's public face boasts a handsome red-brick façade juxtaposed by gray masonry and glass sections.
