According to the building permits, the 5-floor building was designed by Manhattan-based Jeffrey Kamen Architects and developed by Leo Lefkowitz under the LLC Meserole Hub. Anchoring the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Meserole Street, the building's public face boasts a handsome red-brick façade juxtaposed by gray masonry and glass sections. The ground-floor will be occupied by retail space and offices.
