Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 12-story, red-brick, mid-block building was erected in 1959. It is a condominium and has 90 apartments.

It is not far from two small, nice parks on Sutton Place and there are numerous restaurants and stores in the vicinity. There is excellent cross-town bus service on 57th Street, but subways are several blocks away as are several small parks."
