"This is quite a handsome, two-tower rental apartment complex at 505 West 37th Street on Tenth Avenue that was erected in 2009 by Rockrose and is now owned by TF Cornerstone, one of its successor companies.

It was designed by Gary Handel Architects, whose other projects include Aire and 170 Amsterdam Avenue in the Lincoln Center area and the Enclave just north of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in Morningside Heights." Read Carter's Full Review
