The Townsend is a 28 story rental in Midtown West, recognizable by its two story rusticated limestone base and staggered setback bays. The Townsend is at 350 West 37th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, west of the Garment Center and south of Hudson Yards. The A, C, E, 1, 2, and 3 trains stop at 34th Street Penn Station, while the 7 train stops at 34th Street Hudson Yards.
