Carter Horsley's Review of The Hamilton

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, 13-story, pre-war, white-brick, cooperative apartment building has 101 units.

It has a doorman, a three-step-entrance, a four-step-up vestibule and a sign that states "no roller-blading." It has no sidewalk landscaping, protruding air-conditioners and inconsistent fenestration, no health club, no garage, no balconies and no roof deck." Read Carter's Full Review
