Residential amenities at The Lotus include a 24-hour attended lobby with concierge service, a fitness center with yoga room, a coworking lounge, a game room with billiards and foosball tables, a residents' lounge, a children's playroom, a golf/multi-sport simulator, a screening room, and a rooftop terrace with BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas. Additional conveniences include a central laundry room.
The Lotus is located in the heart of Murray Hill near the United Nations headquarters, AMC Kips Bay movie theater, many popular restaurants, and a Trader Joe's supermarket. Grand Central Terminal is a short distance from the building.
