Carter Horsley's Review of Soho Court

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, 12-story building at 301 Elizabeth Street at East Houston Street was converted by The Zucker Organization, which is headed by Donald Zucker, in 1996 to 195 condominium apartments.

It is known as SoHo Court even though it is not in SoHo and its site actually falls within the Little Italy Special Zoning District that was created in 1977." Read Carter's Full Review
