Carter's Review

This attractive, 6-story building at 180 Hester Street at the corner of Mulberry Street in NoLiTa was erected in 1920 and rebuilt in 2007 and again in 2013. The most recent renovation was designed by William Leggio. 

The building is known as Mulberry Views.  It has four condominium apartments.

The first and second levels are occupied by a restaurant.

Bottom Line

A small corner building in NoLiTa with only four full-floor apartments over a two-story restaurant.

Description

The red-brick building has some corner windows.  The short façade ends with a white column and the long façade ends with four open windows.

The building has a small entrance canopy.

The building permits cats and dogs.

Apartments

The floor-through apartments on the third through the fifth floors are one-bedroom units.

The penthouse duplex is a two-bedroom duplex with a terrace.

Apartment 2D is a two-bedroom unit with an 18-foot-wide living/dining room with an open kitchen.

Apartment 4 is a one-bedroom unit with a 15-foot-long living/dining room with an open, 10-foot-wide kitchen with a breakfast bar.
