Carter Horsley's Review of 135 East 74th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, yellow-brick apartment building was erected in 1925 and converted to a cooperative in 1989.

The building's limestone base is unfortunately painted a cream color, but the first floor does have arched windows. The building has a doorman, a one-step-up lobby and no sidewalk landscaping. It consistent fenestration and permits protruding air-conditioners." Read Carter's Full Review
