Designed by Zproekt Architecture and developed by Rybak Development, the 100-foot-tall project is set to deliver nine expansive homes. The developer’s track record suggests the building will house condominiums. The design includes a cellar and three enclosed parking spots, and the property has a prominent corner location at York Avenue and East 81st Street.

Rybak Development assembled the site in June 2023 through a $10.4 million acquisition from Townhouse Management Company. The combined properties offered roughly 31,000 square feet of buildable rights, acquired at $335 per buildable square foot.
