The Ansonia Storage Warehouse, built in 1909, is a landmarked six-story building located at 443 12th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The structure was converted to a 36-unit cooperative in 1980 and sits between Seventh and Eighth Avenues on a tree-lined block near Prospect Park.
The building maintains many of its historic architectural elements, featuring 11-foot beamed ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls, and hardwood floors throughout. Its industrial warehouse origins are evident in its distinctive loft-like spaces and generous proportions.
Residents enjoy several building amenities, including a furnished common roof deck with views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, an elevator, building laundry facilities, and an intercom system. The co-op is pet-friendly and many units include substantial storage space.
The location offers convenient access to Prospect Park, just over a block away, and public transportation via the F and G subway lines on 7th Avenue. The building's position in Park Slope provides easy access to the neighborhood's numerous dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.
By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
