    Designed by “starchitect” Richard Meier, it is 15 stories high and features sweeping views of the park, harbor and skyline. Apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows that flood rooms with ample natural sunlight and they also feature four-inch rift cut white oak flooring and open living spaces. Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, while master bathrooms have marble flooring, radiant heat and Zuma tubs.  

    Residents have access to such amenities as membership to a 30,000-square-foot heath club with private pool, a residents’ lounge with kitchen, a children’s room and a rooftop sundeck. Moreover, it has a 24-hour doorman, concierge service and on-site attended parking.

    On Prospect Park is located near a number of trendy boutiques and restaurants, as well as such major cultural destinations as the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Public Library, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park. It also close to public transportation.
