160 Riverside Boulevard is a 35 story, 455 apartment rental facing the Hudson River and Riverside South Park on the Upper West Side. Completed in 2001, it was designed by Costas Kondylis & Associates as part of Donald Trump's Riverside South redevelopment. Formerly branded Trump Place, the building lost that name in 2016 following a resident petition.
The gray brick building has a twin tower profile, setback massing and broad river exposures. Many apartments have corner windows, while angled living rooms, pass through kitchens and dedicated dining rooms recur in the floor plans. Central air and in-unit laundry are offered, along with a shared laundry room.
The building has a 24 hour concierge, full time doorman and live-in superintendent. A resident lounge, fitness center, children's playroom, dog spa and storage are joined by a full service garage with valet parking and an on-site supermarket. Pets are permitted, and television host Montel Williams is a former resident.
Pier 1 at Riverside South Park is two blocks north, with the waterfront esplanade extending along the Hudson. A private shuttle runs to the 72nd Street station at Broadway, served by the 1, 2 and 3 trains. Former residents also include Bryant Gumbel and Dr. Ruth Westheimer.
