"This attractive, 21-story, red-brick, mid-block apartment tower was erected in 1988. It is a condominium with 65 units.

This building, which has no garage and no balconies, but many bay windows, is not related to the Claremont Riding Academy, where the public can rent horses for rides in Central Park. The academy, or stables, are located nearby at 175 West 89th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
