The four-unit condo occupies the site of what was once a house erected in 1820 that was owned by U.S. Vice President Aaron Burr. The new building’s red-brick façade frames an expanse of gridded windows and Juliet balconies with custom iron balustrades.
Interiors designed by Nicole Fuller feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank oak flooring, zoned central air-conditioning and Miele washer/dryers. Kitchens boast Arabescato marble countertops and appliances by Gaggenau and Wolf.
