Originally built in 1915, the brick and terra cotta building sits within the Tribeca West Historic District and features soaring 13-foot ceilings that promise light-filled, spacious interiors. The redevelopment will preserve the building’s historic façade while introducing modern, high-end residences within its original envelope.
This project marks the first residential venture under BSD’s new Broad Street Bespoke brand, which focuses on restoring architecturally significant buildings into refined, contemporary homes. The developer's portfolio includes 40 Bleecker Street in Noho, and the Tribeca building boasts soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that will be appealing in a residential conversion.
