In July 2025, Broad Street Development and private equity firm TPG Angelo Gordon closed on 139 Franklin Street, a Tribeca building used as a storage facility for decades, for about $44 million with plans for a residential project. The developer's portfolio includes 40 Bleecker Street in Noho, and the Tribeca building boasts soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that will be appealing in a residential conversion.
