Overview of 31 Lispenard Street

31 Lispenard Street is an eight-story residential building located at the intersection of Lispenard and Church Streets in the Tribeca East Historic District. The Landmarks-approved design features a dark gray metal façade inspired by nearby cast iron buildings, oversized double-pane windows, a setback on the seventh floor, and a striking cornice inspired by neighboring buildings.

The 20 residential units will start on top of ground-floor retail space. The building is located in close proximity to the Roxy Hotel, Tribeca art galleries, popular local restaurants, and the Canal Street 1, A/C/E, and N/Q/R/W trains.
