Nine on the Hudson is a 278 unit condominium at Port Imperial in Weehawken, completed in 2018 by Hovnanian Homes and designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve. The 13 story building takes a U-shaped form with two architecturally distinct wings. The south wing, facing the Hudson River, features stepped floors above the second story with projecting piers that create corner windows, while its lower two floors are finished in black against the otherwise white façade. The north wing steps inward vertically toward the courtyard, with corner windows oriented toward the river.

Apartments range from two bedroom layouts around 1,540 square feet to three bedroom residences up to 2,410 square feet, with most including balconies or terraces. Many units incorporate angled layouts with corner window walls that take advantage of the building's sculptural massing and waterfront position. Kitchens are open with islands as a standard element, equipped with Pedini cabinetry, Aspen quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and Thermador refrigerators. In-unit washers and dryers are standard.

The building offers over 30,000 square feet of amenities, anchored by a 24 hour attended lobby and concierge.
