"This 6-story residential condominium at 1 Powers Street in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn was designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects for Essex Market Development LLC of which Howard Eisenberg is a principal.

As part of its sales promotion in 2010, it offered buyers a bonus of a free Vespa LX 50, or 12 $200 Fresh Direct cards, or $2,500 toward closing costs, or a year of free common charges, or a $2,500 Great Green Cleaning maid and cleaning services gift voucher, or a $2,500 Ritz-Carlton Resorts and Hotels gift card, or an apartment wide i-Pod docking station and sound system."
