The Sixth is a six-story condominium at 127 Kent Avenue on the corner of North 6th Street in Williamsburg. Designed by BKSK Architects, the building features an aged brick façade and oversized steel casement windows that reference the neighborhood's industrial past. The 43 residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms and including 14 penthouses, sit above ground level retail space. The building offers proximity to Domino Park, the Bedford Avenue L train, and the North Williamsburg ferry terminal, all within one block.

Every unit includes private outdoor space, whether a loggia, balcony, terrace, roof cabana, or private roof deck, all equipped with water hookups and many with gas grills. Ceiling heights range from 10 to 12 feet throughout the building. Common interior features include vintage wood floors, oversized moldings, coffered ceilings, custom lighting, unlacquered brass hardware, oversized doors, shade pockets, fully customized closets, and in-unit laundry. Secondary bathrooms use Italian Cotto Brick tiles with Nero Marquina tops.
