Secondary bathrooms use Italian Cotto Brick tiles with Nero Marquina tops.

The building's corner location provides varied views including south facing exposures, water views, sightlines to the Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan skyline, and views over the building's landscaped native gardens. The lobby features Parisian inspired design with woodwork, metals, natural stone, and curated artwork. Building services include a part time attended lobby supplemented by a virtual doorman, package room, two elevators, and bike storage.

Second floor amenities include a coworking space and lounge with an adjacent terrace, a fitness center, and a children's playroom. The building is located near Marsha P.
