Comment About the Building
Building is not as advertised. Poorly managed and maintained. Services and amenities advertised are either not provided or don't function properly. Repetitive requests are needed to get maintenance issues corrected because the building is understaffed. Aside from the midleading appearance, this is not a luxury building. There are many other buildings in the area that are less money and provide better service, maintenance and upscale living. Don't be misguided by the website, brochure nor tour. The pool is under 5 ft deep and is very small. There's one barbecue for the entire building that's not cleaned daily. Outdoor furniture is damaged and unsanitary. Amenities fees are charged for use of the gym, pool, club lounge, children's playroom and outdoor sundeck, barbecue and wall for showing movies that's never utilized to for screening and sports games are possibly shown a maximum of 3 times during the summer season. Although you may pay fees for these services, there's occupancy levels that only accommodate a fraction of those who pay. The building is only located close to the L subway line that has limited to no service on weekends and will be shut down completely as of April 2019. Any company that provides misleading and false advertising is an immediate sign that they're deceptively marketing to the consumer. With all the options for residing in North Williamsburg, save your time and money.
