"This 7-story residential condominium at 70 Berry Street at North 10th Street is known as the Allan Building and is distinguished by its large, inset windows and reddish-brown masonry piers.

"Brand new construction, Developer is Essex Developement, AKA Mitch Rutter. 39 Apartments. Each apartment has heated slate floor and slate tile in the bathroom, marble sink counters and designer sinks. The kitchens are designed with a full wall of counter space, stainless steel appliances with Bosch stoves, convection oven and microwave ovens, as well as a Liebherr fridge. The windows in both the livingroom and bedroom are floor to ceiling. AC and heat are controlled by a PTAC unit in the windows.
