Developed by Milford Management in 1987 and designed by the Vilkas Group, the towers have beige brick façades punctuated by brown brick vertical bands, with gaps separating their slab forms.
The landscaped grounds include a waterfall near Third Avenue, while the attended lobby contains a mural of Le Chevalier Normand. A rooftop health club has a gym, enclosed pool, sauna, steam rooms and outdoor sun decks. The pet friendly complex also has a 24 hour doorman, concierge, valet service, full service garage, laundry room, lounge and on-site management.
Open and pass through kitchens with breakfast bars recur among the layouts, along with generous closet space.
