Developed in 2015 by Michael Paul Enterprises and designed by Vail Associates, the building pairs tall black framed windows and an entrance marquee with the scale of a townhouse on a tree lined Upper East Side block.
The residential program includes three bedroom full floor homes, a four bedroom maisonette triplex, and a penthouse arranged over two levels with exclusive rights to the roof. Private outdoor space is part of the building's residential design, ranging from terraces and balconies to a rear garden and a roof deck; each home also has private storage. The maisonette triplex places its main living spaces on the entry level and bedrooms above, while the penthouse has a private roof with open views, an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and bathroom.
Apartments have coffered ceilings, wide plank radiant heated white oak floors, full height tilt and turn windows, masonry fireplaces, central air conditioning, and in unit washer and dryer appliances. Kitchens have high end ranges, integrated refrigerators, vented hoods, and stone counters, while bathrooms use marble, radiant heat, soaking tubs, and steam showers.
