The development is a project of Alchemy Properties and has been designed by FXFowle.

The building has some corner windows and a 8,750-square-foot, landscaped, two-level, center courtyard that is visible from the lobby.

The building has a fitness center, storage space, a full-service concierge 24 hours a day, and video intercom.

Kitchens have Poggenpohl cabinetry, Kitchenaid refrigerators, Viking ranges and Bosch dishwashers.

There are some rooftop cabanas and some balconies and terraces.

The developed has sponsored a competition for murals to be created on two side walls of the project to be completed this fall. One of the murals will measure 31 by 66 feet and the other 59 by 83 feet. First prize is $20,000.
