"This handsome, 15-story, red-brick apartment building is a short walk from Sutton Place. It was erected in 1927 and has 45 condominium apartments.

It has a four-story rusticated limestone base with a canopied entrance with two-story-high columns and sidewalk landscaping. It has a doorman, a vaulted lobby with marble floor, some decorative balconies, protruding air-conditioners, no garage and inconsistent fenestration." Read Carter's Full Review
