On the first full week of April 2021, there are 9,797 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses listed for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price has risen a bit from the beginning of March 2021 to $2,197,440, or $1,721 per square foot. The Manhattan median co-op price also rose slightly in the past month to $897,023 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

From March 30 to April 5, 2021, a total of 236 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions. A full, sortable list of discounted listings may be found below; please note that all of the following figures show cumulative reductions as opposed to the most recent cuts.
