Broker & Buyer Comments

"The spectacular 45-story tower overlooking the Harbor was one of Downtown?s tallest landmarks. Downtown Manhattan?s classic trophy tower gives New Yorkers the choice of luxury and the luxury of choice, from its elegant marble and wood paneled concierge staffed lobby, to the world class trophy Club sport and fitness center is not just an amenity. It?s a serious sport club, gym, fitness center and lounge. The steam room offers the perfect place to relax, there are separate men?s and women?s locker room accommodation for your convenience. There?s a media lounge with cyber caf? posts and superb video surround sound and separate professional screening room available to view all the latest DVDs, movies and live sports events. The pool table is a hot spot for rotation or 8-=ball. The caf? serves light fare, juice and coffee. The event room, with wet bar and pantry is the perfect staging area for a pre-launch Saturday night. Weekday complementary breakfast served. Landscape Sundeck Blocks away from the World Financial Center, Wall Street, Battery Park City, Staten Island Ferry and South Street Seaport Steps from Battery Park which includes west side bike path, ball fields, dog run, numerous restaurants spring and summer concerts on the Piers and 12 Theater Movie House District 2 Schools-zoned for renowned P/S 234 elementary school and Stuyvesant High School. Neighborhood hotels including The Marriott and Ritz Carlton. Many popular restaurants include Morgan Williams Restaurant & Lounge, Frances Tavern, Restaurant Ulysses and many, many more The Financial District, which was built at a time when there were no zoning laws, is well known for its towering buildings which often lie right next to each other. Many of the old buildings have been refurbished or replaced by luxury residential high rises. Due to its proximity to Wall Street, the area gets heavily populated during business hours then quiets down after dark. There are many surrounding amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, theaters and hotels. Additionally, the South Street Seaport provides residents with a great place to shop, eat, or just enjoy the view of the city."
