Features

As of this writing, CityRealty listings show a total of 10,028 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in core areas of New York, showing a small drop from last week. The Manhattan median condo price climbed a touch to $2,225,648, or $1,766 per square foot. The median price of a Manhattan co-op, though, took a slight dip to $897,351.

From June 16-22, a total of 277 sales listings experienced price reductions. A full chart may be found below and sorted by price, discount, neighborhood, or size. Please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
